Illicium arborescens

Illicium arborescens is a species of flowering plant in the family Schisandraceae. It is endemic to Taiwan.

Illicium arborescens is a tree with red flowers. It produces poisonous fruit.

The species was described by Bunzō Hayata in 1912.
